We use HTTPS encryption, secure session handling, and access controls. No transmission method is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
10. Children
The site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided personal data.

MusixBarn LLC operates musixbarn.com, providing music streaming previews, digital music purchases, event ticketing, merchandise, live streaming, community features, and the free MusixBarn Player iOS app.
2. Accounts

3. Digital Purchases
When you purchase digital music, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and listen to the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform purchased content without written permission.
4. Ticketing

5. MusixBarn Player App
The free iOS app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to play every file you import.
6. No Warranty
THE PLATFORM AND APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSIXBARN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $5.00 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — music, images, logos, text, and software — is owned by MusixBarn LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Texas state or federal courts, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Apple App Store
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and MusixBarn LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Keep your own backup of any music that matters to you. MusixBarn LLC is not liable for files lost due to app deletion, device failure, or iCloud issues.
Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of $5.00 or the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not apply where prohibited by law.
Your Local Rights
Wherever you live, mandatory consumer rights under your local law apply and cannot be waived by this disclaimer — including rights in California, the EU, UK, Australia, and Canada.
Respect Copyright
MusixBarn Player is a tool for playing audio files you legally own or have the right to use. Using the app to play or distribute copyrighted music without permission may violate law. Only import files you have purchased, lawfully acquired, or been given clear permission to use.
DMCA Notice
MusixBarn Player runs entirely on the user's device — we do not host user-imported music. If you believe material on the musixbarn.com website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@musixbarn.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access to MusixBarn services for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
